Address Attendance - Preliminary Work Before Order For Sale

A client obtained a final charging order against a property and planned take steps to enforce it by applying for an order for sale. As part of the preliminary work in relation to that process, they asked us to undertake on the ground enquiries to establish a) who the current occupiers were via discreet enquiries, b) check whether there were any children or other potentially vulnerable people living there and c) check whether there was any indication the property was on the market for sale. Our trusted local agent attended within 72 hours and was able to gain intelligence from a nearby neighbour and also make observations from outside the property. Desk based enquiries from the office also added intel about the current occupants to compliment the findings.
