Attendance - Observations For A Banking Client

A banking client requested a visit to an address in Bristol in order to establish whetheror not there were ongoing building works at the property. We engaged a trusted local agent immediately and they were able to attend on the same day to make observations from public areas. Our agent took discreet photographs of the front of the property, which included building supplies and rubbish, as well as a portaloo in the front garden. A trade van was noted parked nearby. The front door was open showing that the property was undergoing extensive renovation inside.
