In 2022 we were approached by an existing lawyer client to partner on a bulk tracing project. Our previous proven experience and track record in delivery a high-quality service helped us to win the contract.
The project came in three phases and spanned two and a half years, meaning that we had to have the ability to scale up quickly and adapt to changing workflow and the needs of the project.
We conducted traces using public and proprietary databases on over 85,000 individuals, using limited data that was often more than 40 years old.
We have also provided many more detailed follow ups on the original subjects and their family members as the end client has sifted through the initial results and returned with more information or queries.
Our strength in this project was in combining speed and therefore affordability, with a succinct summary of the most pertinent information available.
